Prohibited uses

Content standards

Breach of this policy

When we consider that a breach has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, including immediate withdrawal of your right to use our site, removal of your Contribution, a warning, legal proceedings, or disclosure of information to law enforcement authorities.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

The terms of this policy, their subject matter and formation are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (with limited exceptions for residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland).
