Aster Group – Connected Living

Aster Group is a housing association providing quality, affordable homes to thousands of people across the south of England and London. Established in 1990, the not-for-dividend business owns and maintains over 38,000 homes and employs over 2,000 people, with approximately £2.5 billion worth of social housing assets. The Group offers an online customer portal called MyAster, which provides useful services, information, downloads and advice for customers. Through this portal, customers can make rent payments, update personal details, and log non-emergency repairs without having to call or email. The Advice Hub provides information on homeownership options, guidance on maintaining homes, and advice on keeping living independently in current family homes or moving to receive care when needed. The Aster Foundation is a registered charity created to give something back to customers and local communities. The Foundation helps customers and local people discover and grow digital skills, supports individuals through financial challenges, builds employability and inspires pride across communities. Aster Group includes East Boro Housing Trust, Central and Cecil Housing Trust and Enham Trust as part of its organisation.
