Bon Accord Care is dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred health and social care services across Aberdeen. Working in partnership with Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership, the organisation provides a wide range of essential services including care at home, residential care, day services, occupational therapy, enablement support, and telecare. The organisation is guided by its mission to make a positive difference, taking a caring and collaborative approach that promotes healthy lifestyles, supports wellbeing, and empowers people to live as independently as possible. Bon Accord Care supports thousands of people across Aberdeen city, helping them to live safely in their own homes and local communities, maximising their independence and quality of living. Services predominantly focus on older people, rehabilitation and enablement, promoting choice, dignity and respect. With a fully trained, flexible and passionate team of more than 800 people, Bon Accord Care delivers services on a daily basis and responds quickly to ensure that support is in place as and when needed. The caring team adopts a person-centred approach to flexible support that focuses on the needs and preferences of individuals, their families and informal carers.
