Corserv Care works in partnership with healthcare professionals and local communities to offer high-quality care in Cornwall. The organisation delivers personalised care options that empower people to improve their quality of life, whether in the short term (such as following hospital discharge) or for an extended period. Their focus is on delivering high quality, personalised care in partnership with the health and voluntary community, with services that are key in supporting health and social care in Cornwall and maintaining people's independence. Corserv Care brings together a number of referred services including STEPS, PROPER JOB and respite and day opportunities, working in partnership with the Local Authority. They also offer a Care and Support service for private and funded customers in Cornwall, delivering high-quality respite and day care through care centres across Cornwall and providing care in the community to support customers to live independently in their own homes. Their Technology Enabled Care service offers a range of technology such as Lifeline alarm systems to give peace of mind and help prevent unnecessary intervention.
