Required Systems provides the Online Compliance Manager, a cloud-based document system and audit tool designed for care service providers in England. The platform gives instant access to up-to-date procedures and forms, helping managers evidence compliance with CQC Key Questions and Quality Statements. The system features secure password protection, fast document downloads in PDF or Word format, automatic updates to forms and procedures with access to legacy versions, and customisation with the user's home or service name. The Compliance Manager is accessible from any internet-connected device across Windows, Mac, iPad and Android platforms. A new feature, 'My Documents', allows managers to securely upload their own documents specific to their home or service. The system includes an integrated audit tool to help evidence compliance and operates on a subscription-based payment scheme.
