Dimensions

Dimensions is a not-for-profit support provider and housing association supporting autistic people and people with learning disabilities, behaviours of distress and complex health needs across England and Wales. Established in 1976, the organisation works with approximately half of all local authorities to deliver person-centred support enabling people to lead ordinary lives in their communities. With around 7,000 colleagues, Dimensions delivers personalised support and housing, often working with people whose previous support has not been successful, including those with forensic needs, histories of behaviours of distress, or complex health conditions. The organisation operates under several names including Dimensions Cymru in Wales, Discovery in Somerset and Cornwall, and Outreach3Way in Sussex. Support is co-produced with the people they support, working towards specific outcomes in health, relationships, work, hobbies and having fun.
