Thirteen Group

Thirteen Group is a housing association supporting around 100,000 people across the North East, Yorkshire and Humber. Every year, they invest millions to keep homes safe, secure and well maintained, helping people get onto the housing ladder, manage rent and keep their homes in good repair. They are proud of their track record in building new homes for rent and shared ownership, and as a Homes England Strategic Partner, they are delivering hundreds of high-quality, modern homes through their five-year affordable homes programme running until 2029. Beyond housing, Thirteen invests in services that help people sustain tenancies and live independent successful lives. This includes preventing homelessness, helping people into work, helping people maximise their income and be financially included, and resettling refugees. They also provide homes and services for people who need extra support to live independently, including extra care schemes for older people, support for young people, homes for people with learning disabilities, help for care leavers, and accommodation for people leaving prison. Thirteen is recognised with Investors in People Gold, showing their commitment to their colleagues. They work closely with partners and listen to views to make a bigger impact. Their Tenant Satisfaction Measures show 78.5% overall satisfaction year to date for rental properties, with 85% satisfied their home is a safe place to live.
